“Memories”
Sitting here remembering meeting Charles at McCord hall, birthing the children and even the cruise we took four years ago. Precious things, memories. We should make more of them.
Making memories does no have to break the bank, put you in an emotional tailspin or even cause you to have trepidations about the person you are with. Memories are just that, things that remind of other things.
When I recall my mother, the thought is generally what she did not give me, but what she brought out in me. She taught me to think and to reason with others. Although I chose to do these things at will and oftentimes not in the most effective way (smile).
Through all of the chores, my home is pretty well organized. Not perfect but okay. After all of the spankings, I have a healthy respect for property and others. Behind all of the times she did not allow me to do something, I now understand how valuable a reputation and name can be.
