 Why a “Praying Wives Circle?”
The one thing I always knew growing up was that my mother
was a praying woman. I usually felt that when my life was not going the way I
wanted to, my mom was praying for me. I would call and simply say, “You must be
praying.”
After my mom died, I wanted to become that kind of praying
mother for my children. The praying until something happened kind of mother.
Just calling on the name of Jesus and allowing Him to sideline any interesting
episode the enemy has waiting on my children. I have begun the process of
learning to pray until something happens.
After getting together with five other praying wives to pray
for our husbands, each of us had a testimony of receiving strength and/or
peace. We resolved that we would get together every 3rd Saturday to
pray for our spouses, community, nation and world. If you would like to join us
at our location or if you want us to know that you are there with us in spirit,

Together we can go before an awesome God and be conduits for
His will to be carried forward in the earth.
